Francisco J. Sánchez

Francisco has extensive experience as a corporate lawyer, an area of practice in which he has developed continuously since 1986. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California and a Master of Laws degree from the University of San Diego, in San Diego, California.

His practice includes counseling on corporate matters, domestic and international commercial transactions, real estate, foreign investments, maquila operations, as well as consulting and tax litigation, which he previously developed as an associate and as a partner in some of the most important corporate law firms in Tijuana and, in addition, as a tax manager in one of the largest accounting firms in the world. He has successfully advised and represented numerous clients of various nationalities in connection with the establishment and operation of maquiladora plants, subsidiaries, branches, joint ventures, real estate transactions, leases, trusts, purchase and sale of assets and other similar transactions, as well as most notably in tax defense matters.

A member of the Mexican Bar Association, Mr. Sánchez has also participated as a speaker in various seminars on Foreign Investment and Tax Law. Additionally, he has been a professor of Tax Procedural Law, Contract Law, Administrative Law and Legal Regime of Foreign Investment at the School of Law of the Universidad Iberoamericana and at CETYS in Tijuana. He is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Hector Cervantes Sánchez

Hector has a degree in Law from the UABC with honors. Master’s Degree in Amparo and Constitutional Law. PhD student in Law with the Thesis “The fundamental procedural rights of people with autism”.

He served as Attorney of the city of Tijuana B.C. in matters of amparo, City Attorney of the City of Tijuana and later Legal and Fiduciary Director for the Inverméxico Financial Group and Banco Santander, Noroeste.

Currently practices in Amparo, civil, commercial and family matters, with many years of experience in cross-border matters.

He is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Darío Salgado Pantoja

Darío has practiced law for over 25 years in Tijuana, B.C. He holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California in Tijuana, B. C.

He has extensive experience in advising and representing in labor, civil and commercial matters and litigation, as well as on ownership and possession of real estate, leases and successions and renegotiations, guarantees and enforcement of debts of both a civil and commercial nature.

He also has extensive experience in banking law, administrative law and civil and commercial labor litigation, having had the opportunity to successfully advise and represent various national banks as well as clients in the commercial and service sectors of the locality, the maquiladora industry, tourism and the real estate sector.

Gabriel Dávila González

Gabriel has a degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the Autonomous University of Baja California, as well as a Master’s Degree in International Corporate Law from CETYS University.

With more than a decade of experience in professional practice, he has collaborated in renowned firms and notaries in Tijuana, Baja California in the areas of companies, contracts and administrative regulation of companies. His practice has focused mainly on corporate, civil, commercial and notarial law, serving both private clients and companies from different sectors.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, he has developed a solid career as a university professor, teaching civil, commercial, international and Roman law subjects in institutions such as CETYS University, Humanitas University and Iberoamerican University, contributing to the training of new generations of legal professionals.

His experience is complemented by specialized studies in intellectual property and financial education, which allows him to offer comprehensive, strategic and up-to-date advice to the firm’s clients.
